LIST OF LEGAL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL COMPANY FORMATION
The following documents are required from the applicant for setting up an international company.
All the documents need to be signed by the applicant/s in person at the office of the registered agent.
If the applicant is represented by a power of attorney, the power of attorney will have to be Notarized & Attested by the U.A.E Embassy or Consulate or any Arabic Embassies.
Documents Required:
• Individual Applicant:
1. Document showing the appointment of Agent
2. Application Form
3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
4. Applicant personal profile (Short/Brief Resume/C.V)
5. Passport Copy (with UAE entry stamp page).
6. Bank Reference.
7. Two utility bills (Less than 4 months old)
8. Power of Attorney (N & A*) (If applicable)
• Non-individual Applicant:
1. Document showing the appointment of Agent
2. Application Form
3. Memorandum & Articles of Association
4. Certificate of Registration of the Parent Company (N & A*).
5. Certificate of Good Standing of the Parent company (N & A*).
6. Memorandum and Articles of Association of Parent Company (N & A*).
7. Board Resolution calling for the establishment of the International Company (N & A*).
8. Passport Copy of the representative (with UAE entry stamp page).
9. Bank Reference.
10. Power of Attorney (N & A*) (If applicable)
*(N & A) - Notarized & Attested by the U.A.E Embassy or Consulate or any Arabic Embassies
The Registrar reserves the right to call for any extra documents if necessary
